Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Snouper Ltd (company number 17147252, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom), which operates rizzher. By downloading or using the app, you accept them. If you don't, don't use the app.
1. You must be 18 or over
rizzher is for adults only. By using it you confirm you are at least 18. We close accounts we believe belong to anyone younger.
2. What rizzher is
rizzher is a practice tool for texting. Mia is a fictional character, and her replies are generated by software. She is not a real person, there is nobody on the other end, and no message you send reaches a human being.
Because her replies are generated, they can be inaccurate, inappropriate or simply strange. Nothing in the app is advice of any kind — not relationship, psychological, medical, legal or financial advice — and you use your own judgement about what you do with it.
3. Look after yourself
Mia is honest on purpose. She's built to react the way a real match might: she can be blunt, lose interest, go quiet, turn you down, or say something that stings. That's the practice working, not a fault. If a conversation upsets you, close the app. You can delete your account at any time.
rizzher is not therapy, counselling or a crisis service, and Mia can't help in an emergency. If you're thinking about harming yourself or you're in danger, contact emergency services (999 in the UK, 911 in the US, 112 in the EU) or a crisis line: Samaritans on 116 123 in the UK and Ireland, or 988 in the US.
Use it in moderation. It's practice for real conversations, not a replacement for them. AI characters can be easy to keep talking to. If you notice you're spending more time with the app than you'd like, or it's affecting your mood, sleep, work or relationships, take a break or stop. How much you use it is up to you.
4. Your account
You sign in with Apple, and you're responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for what happens under it. Tell us at support@rizzher.com if you think someone else is using it.
5. Plans and payment
- Free: 20 messages a day for 7 days from when you create your account. After that, the free period is over for good.
- Premium: $4.99 per week or $9.99 per month (or the equivalent in your currency), unlimited messages. Prices may differ by country and may change; we'll tell you before a change affects you.
Subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store, not by us directly. They renew automatically until you cancel. Your Apple account is charged at confirmation of purchase, and again at each renewal unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then rizzher, then Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.
6. How you may use it
Use rizzher for yourself, lawfully. You must not:
- use it if you're under 18, or help anyone under 18 use it;
- try to make Mia produce sexual content involving minors, content that promotes violence, hatred or self-harm, or anything else illegal — these are hard limits and attempts to get around them end the account;
- use it to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
- copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the app or its content, or use it to build a competing product;
- reverse engineer the app, break its limits, or interfere with our servers.
Mia's replies are generated by AI models run by other companies, and their rules apply to what you send as well as ours. That means the Llama 3.3 Acceptable Use Policy (the model Mia runs on) and Together AI's terms (who run it for us). Between them they rule out, among other things, anything illegal, harassment, content that sexualises minors, and content that promotes violence or self-harm. Breaking them breaks these terms.
7. Your content
What you write stays yours. To run the service, you give us permission to store your messages and to send them to our AI provider so replies can be generated, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't publish your conversations, and we don't use them to train anyone's models.
You're responsible for what you send. If something you send breaks these terms, our AI providers' rules or the law, the consequences of that are yours, and if it causes us a loss or a claim against us, you're responsible for that to the extent the law allows.
We don't watch conversations as they happen. We look at specific messages only to fix a problem you report, to investigate a report of misuse, or when the law requires it, and we may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
8. Our content
The app, the rizzher name and logo, Mia as a character, and everything we write inside the app belong to Snouper Ltd. Using the app doesn't transfer any of that to you.
9. Stopping
You can stop whenever you like: delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account), which removes your data permanently, and cancel any subscription through Apple. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we have to for legal or security reasons.
We may also stop offering the service. If we do, we'll give reasonable notice in the app.
10. What we don't promise
We provide rizzher "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that practising with it will produce any particular result in your real life. We don't promise Mia's replies will be accurate or suitable for you.
11. Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Your legal rights as a consumer aren't affected.
Subject to that, and as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for:
- how you feel about, or what you do because of, anything Mia says. Her replies are generated by software and are designed to react candidly, including in ways you may not enjoy;
- how much you choose to use the app, or its effect on your time, mood, sleep or relationships;
- what you send, and what follows from it, including anything that breaks section 6;
- what happens in your real conversations or relationships.
We are also not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, opportunity or data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll notify you in the app. Continuing to use rizzher after a change means you accept the new terms.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and may bring proceedings there.
14. Apple
If you got rizzher from Apple's App Store:
- these terms are between you and Snouper Ltd, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content;
- you may use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store Usage Rules allow;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app;
- if the app fails to meet a warranty that applies to it, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation for the app;
- Apple is not responsible for any claim about the app, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and consumer protection claims, nor for investigating or defending a claim that the app infringes someone's intellectual property. We handle those;
- you confirm you are not in a country subject to a US Government embargo, and not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
- you must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app, such as your mobile carrier's;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
